About Us

About us

Synthesis Neurology and ENA are a specialist neurology and epilepsy service committed to accessible, high-quality care for all Australians.

Our mission

Synthesis Neurology provides comprehensive specialist neurological care across Victoria and New South Wales. Epilepsy Network Australia service provides Australia’s only dedicated private epilepsy and first-seizure clinic — delivering accessible, high-quality epilepsy care to all Australians, wherever they live.

We believe that access to expert epilepsy care should not be determined by geography or socioeconomic status. That is why we offer telehealth consultations Australia-wide and Medicare-rebated services to Indigenous Australians.

We provide specialist neurology and epilepsy services across five locations:

  • Box Hill — Epworth Eastern, Level 14, Suite 14.4 East Wing Tower, 25 Nelson Road, Box Hill VIC 3128. Consulting, EEGs and Home Video-EEG.
  • Albury — Gardens Medical, Level 6, 470 Wodonga Place, Albury NSW. Consulting and EEGs.
  • Bendigo — EEGs.
  • Bairnsdale — The Centre, 5 Radford Place, Bairnsdale VIC. Consulting and EEGs.
  • Telehealth — Available to patients across all Australian states and territories.

Research

Our team is actively involved in epilepsy research in collaboration with the Florey Institute of Neuroscience, the Australian Epilepsy Project, and the University of Melbourne. We bring the latest evidence directly into everyday clinical practice, giving our patients access to the most current approaches to epilepsy diagnosis and management.

Reduced gap billing & Closing the Gap

We are committed to improving access to specialist care. Reduced gap billing is available for Indigenous Australians. Please contact our rooms to discuss your circumstances.
